Lakeshore appartments
Design of a new facade and distribution of apartments that adapts to the existing building. Use of the remaining buildable area of the plot by building new terraced apartments on the slope. The parking area at the rear is extended. An infinity pool and a walkway with an elevator are projected that allows direct access to the lake.
